Chief Operating Officer

Larry Gonzalez: Chief Financial Officer of Promesa Systems and Chief Executive Officer of Promesa Administrative Services Organization, graduated from Manhattan College in Riverdale, New York with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting.

Before coming to Promesa in May 1994, he was an Assistant Director in the Finance Department of New York Presbyterian Hospital. Mr. Gonzalez started his career in Healthcare in 1974 and progressed to positions of greater responsibilities over the last twenty-eight years.

He has primary responsibility for the following departments at Promesa: Finance, Human Resources, Facility Management, Purchasing, Quality Management and Management Information Systems. Mr. Gonzalez is a key member of the Strategic Planning and Development Team.
