The mission of Promesa, a Community Development Corporation, is to enable residents in urban settings utilizing its services, to become self-sufficient citizens who contribute to the quality of life in their communities.

Promesa works towards achieving its mission by assuming a leadership role in serving the under-served in: health, education, employment, economic and community development and housing. The Foundation accomplishes this mission through diverse fund-raising initiatives, the marketing of our services and activities, and the development of our real estate and other assets.

Promesa Foundation sponsors a host of major fund raising events each year geared at corporate and individual contributors. Through its aggressive fundraising efforts, the Foundation helps to sustain the level of excellence in treatment and prevention services provided by Promesa Systems.

Asset Management

The Promesa Foundation holds various properties that are leased to Promesa Subsidiaries for the purpose of operating program services.
